Description

SMX is seeking an Agile Delivery Analyst to serve as the embedded delivery-management and workflow coordination lead for an assigned ARES value stream or delivery area. The role works closely with Government Product Managers, the ARES PMO Lead, technical leads, developers, data engineers, functional experts, and stakeholders to ensure that priorities are translated into clear, actionable work and that workload, delivery flow, risks, dependencies, and commitments are visible and manageable. This is not solely a Scrum Master role. The successful candidate will use Agile, Kanban, and other practical delivery-management practices as appropriate, but the primary purpose of the position is to help ARES teams organize work, maintain delivery flow, coordinate across stakeholders, and provide reliable management insight to program leadership. ARES is an enterprise data and analytics capability that delivers trusted data products, pipelines, dashboards, and decision support in support of Army financial management, audit readiness, logistics and asset reporting, enterprise resource planning modernization, and other mission needs.
