Location: Calgary Head Office, Alberta is preferred. Edmonton and Red Deer, AB will be considered. Employment Type: Full Time – Permanent Salary Range: SP4, Level 6, $124,270 - $146,200 per year. The final compensation for this position will be determined based on individual factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Senior Product Manager, Workday & ERP The Opportunity ­­ Are you an experienced product professional who can turn business needs into practical improvements for enterprise platforms? The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the ongoing development, delivery, and performance of Workday and related enterprise resource planning capabilities. In this senior specialist role, you will manage product plans and priorities, lead discovery and delivery activities, and coordinate work that crosses business and technology teams. You will gather and analyze information, define options, and support decisions that balance business value, risk, dependencies, operational needs, and platform sustainability. You will work with partners across the organization to improve product practices, measures, and ways of working. You will also guide cross-functional team members in their day-to-day product activities without formal supervisory responsibility.
