Shift 1 (United States of America) About the Role The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for leading the development of software solutions for embedded Linux platforms, industrial controls, instrumentation systems and IoT edge devices. The position provides technical leadership, collaborates across multiple engineering disciplines, and drives the development of innovative, scalable, secure, and reliable products that support industrial operations and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications and embedded systems Develop software for embedded Linux platforms, industrial controls, instrumentation systems, and IoT edge devices Lead software architecture, technical design reviews, and software development projects from concept through deployment Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, user interfaces, dashboards, and data visualization tools for industrial and digital solutions Develop cloud-connected applications and services for remote monitoring, diagnostics, analytics, device management, and digital product offerings Develop algorithms for data acquisition, signal processing, analytics, artificial intelligence, and operational intelligence solutions Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, controls, manufacturing, and product management teams to deliver integrated solutions Develop and implement AI-enabled capabilities that enhance automation, diagnostics, pre
