We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analysis Team Lead to join our BI department. You will lead a team responsible for building scalable data models, analytics solutions and reporting tools that give teams easier access to reliable insights. This opportunity is open to applicants based in Cape Town, Johannesburg and Pretoria , with remote work available. What you will be doing Lead and empower your team Lead a team of BI, Data and Analytics specialists. Establish clear expectations and support the team in delivering accurate, scalable and valuable analytics solutions. Remove obstacles that could affect delivery. Encourage collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Mentor team members and help strengthen Mukuru’s overall analytics capabilities. Turn business needs into data solutions Partner with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the business. Understand business challenges and translate them into practical reporting, modelling and analytics solutions. Use data to uncover insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
