Description

The Analyst – OTCF plays a pivotal role in supporting the integrity and effectiveness of our Oracle Order to Cash-Franchise applications and related financial systems. A key focus of the role is partnering with the TFR (Technical Franchise Revenue) team to support RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) operations. This position will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of system dependencies, data flows, and controls that impact Franchise revenue recognition and accounting. The Analyst will document and enhance governance processes and data flows, support operational and technical accounting activities, validate interfaces to ensure completeness and accuracy, and act as a key liaison among Financial Systems, Enterprise Applications, and OTCF accounting teams. By providing technical expertise, operational support, and superior service to stakeholders, the Analyst will help drive continuous improvement and ensure robust financial controls across all OTCF modules: -Advanced Collections -Accounts Receivable -Bill Management -Payment Services (Custom PAAS application) -RMCS -Sales Reporting Portal (Custom PAAS application) This role will support the Financial Systems Manager of OTC and Senior Analyst OTCF as his/her backup during their absence.
