At Tempus, we are pursuing a mission to redefine precision medicine through data-driven insights. The AI Products group is a multidisciplinary group of AI scientists and engineers focused on developing AI-driven precision medicine and therapeutic solutions across the clinical and drug development lifecycle. As an AI Scientist, you will operate at the intersection of machine learning and clinical science. You will research, design, and deploy cutting-edge multimodal AI models that leverage one of the world's largest clinical and molecular datasets—transforming patient care at a massive scale. Key Responsibilities Technical Contribution: This is an individual contributor role with significant hands-on contribution. Algorithmic Innovation: Design and train state-of-the-art models utilizing multi-modal data, including but not limited to pathology slides (WSI), genomic profiles (DNA/RNA), spatial omics, and longitudinal patient records. Collaboration with Life Sciences Companies: Develop AI solutions to support biomarker discovery, therapy outcome
