Job Title: WorkForce Software (WFS) Solution Architect Job Summary: Next Generation, Inc., an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled WorkForce Software (WFS) Solution Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of time, attendance, and labor scheduling solutions using the WorkForce Software platform, for a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of workforce management processes and a proven track record of delivering scalable and optimized WFS solutions for global organizations. Job Responsibilities · Lead the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of WorkForce Software (EmpCenter, WorkForce Suite) solutions. · Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. · Design scalable, configurable, and efficient WFS solutions that align with organizational needs and compliance requirements. · Configure and customize WFS modules including Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Advanced Scheduling. · Lead time clock implementation planning, including defining configuration requirements, coordinating the build, provisioning devices, and developing deployment/rollout plans across sites. · Provide oversight and guidance to implementation teams and serve as the primary liaison with WorkForce Software support. · Ensure system integration with other platforms such as ERP, Payroll (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ADP), and HRIS systems (e.g., W
