The Program Manager under our Outage Task Force (“OTF”) plays a critical role in ensuring strategic schedules are met and high-impact projects are delivered efficiently across engineering, operations, construction, budgeting, forecasting, and planning. Tasked with executing strategic priorities set by leadership, the Program Manager blends tenacity, exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, and cross-functional leadership.
