Location: NYC (onsite only – not remote) Alliance is the leading accelerator for crypto & fintech founders. Since 2020 we've backed 300+ startups (Rain, Pump, Synthetix, Pendle, and many more), now collectively valued at $17B+. We're hiring a Head of Capital Formation to own fundraising for Alliance's venture funds end to end: strategy, pipeline, LP relationships, and close. You'll report directly to a General Partner. What you'll do Own the raise: Lead and execute Alliance's capital formation plan across institutional allocators (fund of funds, family offices, endowments, wealth management platforms, sovereign wealth) and HNWIs. You source, you pitch, you close. Build and run the LP pipeline: Own lead sourcing, qualification, and pipeline management. Bring the right prospects to the General Partners at the right moment, and run the process through to signed commitments. Be the voice of Alliance to investors: Serve as the main point of contact for prospective LPs. Communicate our strategy, track record, and edge clearly. Own the deck, data room, and investor materials. Turn LPs into repeat LPs: Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective allocators. Keep them close between raises and bring them back fund after fund. Shape the strategy: Work with the GPs on fund positioning, sizing, timing, and the long-term investor relations plan.
