From initial design through go-live and ongoing support, KPI delivers engineered solutions that blend automated technologies (MHE, robotics, conveyor, ASRS, AMR/AGV) with intelligent warehouse execution software to optimize productivity, increase fulfillment speed, and build operational resilience for clients.Position Summary The Software Deployment Engineer I/II is an individual-contributor role responsible for the end-to-end delivery, configuration, installation, and support of Kommand warehouse execution/control systems and related material handling hardware (pick-to-light, overhead illuminators, AutoStore, and T-sort integrations). This role owns project-level system configuration, commissioning, installation, upgrade, and live troubleshooting work independently, with minimal oversight, across both on-site and remote/office phases of the project lifecycle.
