Responsibilities: Design, architect, deploy, and manage GCP infrastructure and production workloads across hybrid cloud environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and orchestration using Terraform. Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and GKE, including serverless architectures within GCP.
Develop and support data processing and analytics solutions using Dataproc, BigQuery, and Spark, including Avro and Parquet formats. Implement infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, and automated incident response within GCP. Implement, validate, and automate GCP security controls across cloud infrastructure and workloads.
Provide L2/L3 operational support, troubleshoot complex production issues, and maintain reliable GCP services.
6+ years of experience in cloud engineering with strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and enterprise production workloads. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, provisioning, configuration management, and automation.
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and GKE, including container orchestration and GCP serverless architectures. Strong experience with Dataproc, BigQuery, and Spark, including Avro and Parquet data formats. Experience in Hybrid Cloud Architecture, infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, incident response, and GCP security controls.
