CompanyOverview Red Dot AI is a Singapore-based deep-tech company incubated by Nanyang Technological University and certified by IMDA. With physics-driven digital twins, AI agents, and real-time infrastructure intelligence at its core, Red Dot AI helps data center and critical infrastructure customers turn complex operational data into actionable decisions, optimizing compute, energy use, cooling, and operations. Role Overview We are hiring a Software Engineer to work on front-end, back-end, data interface, and project delivery related development for our platform products. You will contribute tocore platform functionality while also supporting real customer projects,including systems integration, deployment delivery, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to use AI coding tools such as ClaudeCode, Codex, OpenCode, Pi, and GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency. You will also help establish practical AI-assisted development workflows suitable for team collaboration. AI is not the core domain of this role, but it will be an important tool for improving productivity in daily engineering, testing, refactoring, documentation, and project delivery.
