Your role As an Intune Engineer , you will help deliver a modern and secure digital workplace by managing device configuration, software deployment, and endpoint management across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless end-user experience, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting the continuous improvement of workplace services through automation and operational excellence. Your tasks Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Intune to support enterprise-wide software distribution, patch management, device configuration, and Windows Autopilot. Manage and support Windows and Android devices through Intune configuration profiles and policies. Configure, monitor, and optimize endpoint management solutions to ensure a secure and reliable workplace environment. Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance with patching requirements and device configuration standards. Provide Tier 2 support for Intune-related incidents, requests, and operational issues. Troubleshoot endpoint management and device configuration issues across supported platforms
