Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Business Analyst (Process Mapping) Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and objectives Design and document business processes (current-state and future-state), including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures Partner with product and project teams to align process design with system and product capability, without owning the system/technical knowledge itself Facilitate workshops and discussions with business and process/product colleagues to gather requirements and validate process designs Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and standardisation Clearly communicate process designs, findings, and r ecom mendations to both business and technical audiences Support the transition and embedding of new or revised processes into business-as-usual operations Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process design (not purely systems/technical analysis) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business needs clearly for both business and tech
