The consultant will be responsible for: Owning the RCA process for production incidents, diagnosing, resolving, and preventing future occurrences. Continuously monitoring service health and managing production support. Designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

Ensuring the stability of Pre-Production and Production environments. Documenting operational procedures and known issues to enhance knowledge management. Collaborating with development and platform teams to improve operational feedback loops.

Identifying pain points and proposing automation strategies. Enhancing observability through dashboards and alerts. Participating in service continuity initiatives and disaster recovery drills.

Key

5+ years in IT operations or production-facing roles. Proven incident ownership from alert to RCA to prevention. 2+ years working within an ITIL framework.

Experience in Agile environments. Excellent English communication skills (C1 level). Proficiency with Jenkins and CI/CD methodologies.
