Beschreibung

For our client operating in the financial services industry , we are looking for a Senior Lead Data Engineer to work on enhancing data engineering capabilities within a team primarily composed of BI developers. The role involves taking ownership of the data engineering area, identifying gaps and risks, and proactively suggesting improvements. Work Mode : Hybrid – 2 days in the Warsaw office Job Responsibilities Take technical ownership of the data engineering area Build and improve data pipelines, transformations, and data models Identify technical gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities Troubleshoot issues end to end, from source systems to reporting Provide technical guidance to BI developers and team members Collaborate with Power BI developers, architects, and stakeholders Expectations Strong data engineering experience, including SQL and data modelling Hands-on experience with Python or similar languages Experience with Azure data services, ADF , and/or Airflow Good understanding of Power BI and reporting environments Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and take ownership Proactive mindset, technical leadership, and strong communication skills We Offer Ongoing support from a dedicated agent , taking care of your project continuity, client contact, necessary formalities, work comfort and development, Consultant Development Program – advice on growth planning based on the latest trends and market needs in IT, including consult
