We’re looking for a Tech Lead who will take ownership of the technical quality of Fishing Clash and help build a stronger engineering culture across the team. This role is focused on technical leadership, engineering excellence, and developing other engineers. You will work closely with Engineers, Producers, Product Managers, QA, and other disciplines to improve the game’s technical health, optimize development effectiveness, and ensure that technical decisions support the long-term success of the game. Own engineering standards and technical quality across the game and the team; Drive technical excellence through maintainable architecture, clean code, performance optimization, and engineering best practices; Improve technical KPIs, including stability, performance, memory usage, and crash rates; Identify technical debt,
