We are looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst / Configurator to join our fintech team and support one of our international clients in the FinTech sector – a leading global provider of regulatory and client lifecycle management platforms for the financial industry. This role is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start or develop their career at the intersection of finance and technology. You will have the chance to learn how business and regulatory requirements are translated into system solutions, while gaining hands-on experience with a modern compliance platform used by global financial organizations. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and experienced specialists who will support your growth and help you build your skills in business analysis and system configuration. This is a hybrid position , combining remote work with on-site work in our Wrocław office. IN SHORT: 🌎 Hybrid work 💰 35-45 PLN/h ☑️ B2B contract Your Daily Missions Support gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements. Learn how to work with and configure a FinTech platform used by global financial organizations. Translate regulatory and business requirements into system configuration specifications. Collaborate with clients to understand their processes (e.g. onboarding, compliance). Support testing activities (including UAT) and system changes. Help identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
