Beschreibung

We are looking for a seasoned SAP CAP Java Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work on the development of multiple services from the ground up within the SAP Business Network. You will be involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle, including idea generation, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration. You are a problem solver, regardless of which frameworks you use or how you learned them, and we're looking for people who can write clean and effective code. Responsibilities Lead the development team in building commercial software solutions Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams including development, QA, and UX Help the team analyze, research, and resolve production issues, customer requests, and inquiries, escalating when appropriate Assess the severity and scope of production problems and maintain accountability until they are fully resolved Efficiently organize and address multiple production issues and customer requests from various sources, delegating when and where appropriate Requirements 7+ years of relevant professional experience in software development At least 1 year of experience in people management or team leadership, covering a team of 5 or more FTEs Deep knowledge of design patterns and data structures Experience coding web-based applications and coordinating the work of a development team Experience building web APIs and applying API-first design principles, including
