Beschreibung

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with e-commerce experience to help lead the continued development and enhancement of an established digital marketplace platform serving the eye care industry. The Marketplace connects eye care practices, patients, and third-party partners through an integrated e-commerce ecosystem. The platform supports a broad range of commerce capabilities, including product catalogs, pricing, inventory, ordering, fulfillment, vendor integrations, and the underlying platform services that enable these experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, e-commerce, business operations, customer experience, and software delivery. You will work closely with product leadership, business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, UX/UI, QA, and external partners to understand Marketplace needs, establish priorities, define requirements, and guide functionality from discovery through release. This is a hands-on product ownership role rather than a project coordination position. Success requires strong product judgment, technical aptitude, systems thinking, and the ability to look beyond individual requests to understand the underlying problem and develop scalable solutions.
