Beschreibung

This position is a technical lead for one of key native build platform, responsible for software build quality, application stability, solution design, technical decision-making and development process discipline across backend, mobile and web teams. This is a hands-on technical leadership role. The successful candidate must be able to design robust technical solutions, review and write code, troubleshoot complex production issues, establish strong development processes, and guide developers through implementation and delivery. Job Responsibilities Lead the build and on-going enhancements for one of key native build platforms. Provide technical directions to developers and provide/review solutions and architecture for a quality and robust platform. Coding is required whenever necessary. Perform technical troubleshooting across backend APIs, mobile applications, web applications, databases and infrastructure integrations. Support the ongoing modernization of product architecture and infrastructure, with ongoing AI initiatives. Experience with AI development framework would be advantage. Ensure code quality, maintainability and security standards. Identify opportunities to improve application reliability and performance. One key focus will be the implementation of AI development lifecycle. Support security remediation including SAST, SCA, DAST and penetration-testing findings.
