PS360 Adoption & Communications Supporter

contract B2B 100% remote Pharma client We are seeking a dedicated Communication and Adoption Supporter to contribute to our strategic digital transformation initiative, PS360 (Product Supply 360). This role aims to enhance awareness, engagement, and adoption of PS360 products through effective communication campaigns, training activities, and content creation. What You'll Do Communications & Marketing Create newsletters, announcements, presentations, and promotional materials.

Support product launches and adoption campaigns. Communicate product benefits, success stories, and new capabilities. Training & Content Creation Develop and maintain training materials, videos, tutorials, and user guides.

Organize webinars, office hours, and training sessions. Support content planning, recording, and publication activities. SharePoint & Knowledge Management Maintain and improve PS360 SharePoint content and product pages.

Ensure documentation, FAQs, and learning resources remain current and accessible. Adoption & User Engagement Gather user feedback and identify improvement opportunities. Support initiatives that increase product awareness, engagement, and usage.

Connect users with the right PS360 solutions for their business needs. Who We're Looking For Experience in Communications, Marketing, Training, Change Management, or a related field. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
