Company: Toyota Motor Europe NV/SA (Branch in Poland) Location: Wrocław, Plac Konstytucji 3 Maja 3 Job title: Data Security Advisor Team description The Cybersecurity team is a strategic function within TME’s IT & Digital division, building resilient security frameworks, managing cyber risks, and fostering a proactive security culture across digital assets and operations. Role summary The Data Security Advisor helps safeguard organisational data by providing guidance on data protection, security architecture, and regulatory compliance, enabling secure and responsible business innovation. The role supports risk identification, strengthens security practices, and ensures alignment with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST. Key responsibilities Assess current data protection practices, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend improvements. Define and support implementation of data security policies, standards and procedures. Support design and implementation of technical controls (encryption, DLP, IAM, secure architectures). Monitor data security risks and contribute to incident response and remediation. Translate technical risks into business-relevant insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance and business teams to embed security by design. Contribute to awareness, training and knowledge-sharing activities.
