Beschreibung

We are supporting a significant transformation within the Global Payments & Liquidity / Deposits and Account Solutions area. The team is responsible for various strategic initiatives focused on digitalizing deposit journeys, introducing API-enabled capabilities, and modernizing existing operational processes . Due to the scale of the program, the team is looking to strengthen its delivery capability with an experienced Delivery Lead who can take ownership across multiple workstreams and coordinate delivery across Product, Technology, Risk, Controls, Operations, and Treasury stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple digital deposits and account solution workstreams. Coordinate Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Controls, and Treasury stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Manage delivery of the API-enabled deposit capability from pilot through to wider implementation.

Drive the digitalization of existing customer journeys. Coordinate the transition away from manual and legacy processes towards automated solutions. Manage dependencies with internal technology and business teams.

Work closely with Risk and Controls teams to ensure new automated processes are appropriately designed and implemented. Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across the program. Provide clear communication and reporting to senior stakeholders.
