Salary: 800-1050 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (2/3 days per week from the office) Why choose this offer? Your role will focus on translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring that the designed solutions are sustainable, reliable and aligned with the target picture. Responsibilities you'll have Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, IT Analysts, developers and testers Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with the target picture Act as a bridge between business and IT development teams Facilitate the understanding of requirements and their impact, translating needs from business to technology and vice versa Support the development of sustainable and reliable solutions Gather, analyze and structure business and technical requirements Expected competences and knowledge Several y
