General info: Model of work: hybrid (3x per week work from office Warsaw or Gdańsk or Gdynia Type of contract: B2B contract, long-term cooperations Rate: 135 PLN net + vat/ hour Overview Join our Channels-Business unit and help shape the future of digital business banking across the Nordic region. Our teams are delivering innovative web and mobile banking solutions used by customers in Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway, while continuously evolving the next generation of digital banking services. You will be part of a vibrant Channels-Business technology team mainly located in Warsaw, working within one of six agile teams and collaborating across disciplines to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products. We are looking for someone who is open and transparent, enjoys working in a team and collaborating with others. Main Responsibilities 1. Analyze and document business needs, and translate them into clear IT requirements that support scalable and sustainable solutions. 2. Lead delivery in close collaboration with stakeholders across Business, IT and Design, in an agile setup. 3. Actively coordinate with external vendors to ensure aligned requirements and high-quality deliveries. 4. Support manual testing of business or maintenance features in accordance with the priorities. 5. Proactively resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams to keep work progressing smoothly.
