Java Site Reliability Engineer – Payments Platform (B2B Contract) We are currently looking for an experienced Java SRE to join a team working on a fantastic organisation. This system operates at a very large scale and supports high volumes of transactions across multiple regions, where stability, performance, and security are essential. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working close to production systems, solving complex technical issues, and continuously improving reliability through automation and engineering best practices. Project information Start date: as soon as possible Work model: hybrid, with approximately three days per week in the office Location: Warsaw Contract type: B2B Responsibilities Your day-to-day work will include: • In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of critical systems. Investigating and resolving production incidents in a timely manner Performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions Developing scripts and tools to automate operational and support tasks Supporting application releases and production deployments Monitoring system performance and improving observability Collaborating with distributed teams across different regions Contributing to continuous improvement of processes and system stability Required experience and skills Previous experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or production support role Strong knowledge of Java and/or Go (Golang) Hands-o
