Staff Software Engineer - GRC Infrastructure

In this Staff Software Engineering role, you’ll be… Responsible for the full product development end-to-end. A technical lighthouse, defining architecture, balancing business needs with long-term technical health, and coordinating with other engineers to move how we do engineering forward. Collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Design to shape the solution to the problem and oversee technical implementations from end to end.

The GRC Infrastructure team is the core team of our Formalize product, which works on our strategic mission to build the flexible and secure engine that powers our entire Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. Here, the team designs, builds, and maintains the foundational modules to support our customers in their GRC needs. Essentially, we build things from an infrastructure-first principle, where we solve specific GRC problems with generic and flexible modules to allow our customers to shape our software to their specific needs.
