Beschreibung

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity engineer to provide Level 2 operational support for network and security infrastructure in a financial services environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cybersecurity incident management, network security operations, vulnerability remediation, firewall and proxy management, remote access support, and the maintenance of network security systems. The role requires a strong understanding of network infrastructure and security technologies, along with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. The candidate will also provide technical guidance to Level 1 support teams and support network security projects to ensure the availability, integrity, and security of the organization's IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2 production support for network and cybersecurity infrastructure, ensuring system availability and operational stability. Manage and resolve security incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with established IT service management procedures. Perform vulnerability assessment follow-ups, remediation, and security hardening of network infrastructure. Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, proxy servers, VPNs, remote access, IP connectivity, routers, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), load balancers, and related security technologies.
