In this role, you will be part of the Core Engagement team, driving customer success by developing products that maximize host and guest satisfaction, like guest communication solutions, guest guides, and managing online check-in. In this role, you will Autonomously plan and execute quarterly or multi-quarter complexity projects, set measurable milestones and manage complex dependencies and scope Partner closely with business stakeholders to refine product direction, recommend impactful improvements delivering customer value, and strengthen feedback loops Propose and implement tangible technical initiatives improving team velocit
