We are looking for a Senior Python / LangGraph Engineer to join the team building an Enterprise Agent Development Platform — a production-grade, cloud-native ecosystem that enables engineering teams to define, orchestrate, deploy, and observe AI agents at scale. The platform standardizes agent development across the organization using LangGraph and Strands Agents on AWS Agent
Core Runtime, providing a single-file developer experience where the platform handles runtime, tooling, observability, and deployment automatically.
Design and implement Python-based LangGraph nodes, edges, and graphs for agent orchestration delivery Build checkpointing mechanisms using SQ
Lite, Redis, and Postgres checkpointers within LangGraph Develop human-in-the-loop (HITL) workflows to support controlled agent decision points Implement retry, timeout, and fallback patterns to ensure reliable orchestration behavior Integrate OpenTelemetry tracing across orchestration steps for full pipeline observability Collaborate with the Development framework team to standardize LangGraph orchestration practices Contribute to the reliability and scalability of agent workflows deployed on AWS Agent
Core Runtime Support the evolution of the platform's single-file developer experience for agent builders
