Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: IT Analyst Responsibilities Act as a bridge between business needs and development teams to support delivery of high-quality IT solutions Participate in building and rebuilding the Data Platform Design advanced solutions around data and analytics Collaborate with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and elicit business features Manage delivery dependencies across teams and organizational units Work as part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team Analyze complex end-to-end solutions and processes Translate business needs into tasks, features and user stories Support data analysis, data hygiene and data quality activities Requirements Strong experience in working with complex requirements Proven experience in data analysis, data hygiene and data quality Practical knowledge of workflows and data pipelines Knowledge of SQL and Hive Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Big Data concepts Experience with incident management processes and tools Ability to take ownership of tasks, features and user stories and work independently Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to understand new technologies quickly at a high
