What We Are Looking For Beyond technical ability, we are looking for someone who is curious, resourceful and comfortable solving problems independently. The ideal candidate does not simply write code based on instructions, but understands the business problem, evaluates different solutions and recommends an appropriate approach. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into software development, we value developers who know how to use AI to work faster and more effectively while retaining responsibility for the quality, security and correctness of the final solution. Position Overview To develop, enhance, integrate and maintain web-based applications that support our business operations and digital initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, particularly in PHP and MySQL, together with the ability to work with modern development tools, APIs, cloud/server environments and AI-assisted coding tools. The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of applications from requirements gathering and development through testing, deployment, maintenance and user support. AI-Assisted Development Skills Comfortable using AI coding assistants and Large Language Model (LLM) tools as part of the software development workflow. Able to write effective prompts and provide appropriate technical context to AI tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, documentation and testing.
