Hi! We are Spyrosoft Synergy We are looking for an experienced Lead Qt/QML Developer to join our international team. At Spyrosoft Synergy, we work on a range of projects spanning both desktop and embedded domains, giving engineers the opportunity to contribute to different types of products and technical ch allenges. Depending on the project, you may work on large-scale desktop applications used globally or advanced embedded solutions built with Qt, QML, and modern C++ . In this role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality software, influence architectural decisions, and support other engineers in delivering robust and scalable solutions. Tech stack: Qt QML C++ Desktop Applications Embedded Systems CI/CD Code Reviews Testing Windows/macOS/Linux Agile Requirements 5+ years of commercial experience in software development Strong commercial experience with C++ (including modern C++) Experience developing desktop and/or embedded applications using Qt and QML. Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, and design patterns Experience working with large codebases and long-term software projects as well as smaller and more agile ones Familiarity with version control systems, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in an international environment English proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken) Nice to h
