Coordinate planning, milestone tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and action management. Support resource planning, financial follow-up, and forecasting activities.

Prepare executive presentations, governance material, and steering committee reports. Support portfolio governance forums and ensure follow-up of decisions and actions. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, and reporting capabilities.
