Cyclad, we work with top international IT companies to help them deliver cutting-edge technologies and innovative digital solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Back-end Developer to join a team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality backend solutions. The project focuses on backend development, code optimization, and building maintainable and reliable applications. In this role, you will work with Java 21, Spring Boot 4.x, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and infrastructure automation, contributing to technical improvements while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Project information: Type of project: IT services Office location: Warsaw, Poland Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days remotely) Budget: 85–120 PLN net/hour – B2B Experience: 6+ years Project length: Long-term Start date: ASAP (depending on the candidate's availability) Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and résidence in Poland Your responsibilities: Design and develop high-quality backend components and scalable solutions Build secure, maintainable, and testable applications Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand and refine requirements Assess technical feasibility and propose appropriate solutions Optimize existing code to improve performance and maintainability Support testing, deployment, and technical documentation Share technical best practices and support
