About the role We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to build and extend the backend of an internal developer portal and dashboard, using AI coding tools in daily work. The mandatory requirements are 4+ years of backend development with Python and FastAPI, Django, or Flask, experience with Snowflake, SQL, and NoSQL databases, REST API design, Git and CI/CD, daily use of AI coding assistants, and an upper-intermediate English level. Must haves Python Expertise: Strong hands-on backend development experience of at least 4 years using Python and standard web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI , Django , or Flask ); AI Tooling: Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants in daily development workflows; Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git , including branch management, pull requests, and CI/CD pipeline integration; Linux/Unix Fundamentals: User-level proficiency with Linux/Unix command-line navigation, shell scripting basics, and environment manipulation (no administrative/sysadmin duties required); Database Integration: Experience working with
