Beschreibung

Responsibilities Monitor and analyze RAN performance at cell, site and cluster levels. Identify network degradations through KPI/KQI monitoring , statistical analysis and trend evaluation . Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions to improve network performance. Analyze OSS counters , network traces and third-party Drive Test measurement data. Support radio parameter optimization , worst-cell analysis and network quality improvement. Produce performance reports and verify the effectiveness of implemented optimization actions. Qualifications Degree in Telecommunications Engineering , Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field. Experience in LTE/5G RAN performance analysis and radio network optimization. Strong knowledge of radio KPIs related to accessibility , retainability , mobility , throughput and latency . Hands-on experience with RAN performance monitoring and OSS tools . Ability to analyze network counters , identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions. Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical reporting skills. Good written and spoken English and Polish . Openness to visits to the Katowice office. Nice-to-Have: Experience with ActixOne, Infovista, ENM/MAE or e quivalent tools. Knowledge of VoLTE/VoNR performance analysis and optimization . Experience with Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia networks. Familiarity with Python, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau or other data analytics tools. Italian and/or German langu
