Beschreibung

We are looking for a Senior DBA Engineer to join a global team working on client connectivity trading systems, contributing to a multi-year project focused on modernizing existing connectivity platforms while embracing a DevOps-driven delivery approach. Responsibilities Administer, maintain, and support SQL Server 2016+ environments Monitor database performance, availability, and capacity to ensure stable and efficient operations Troubleshoot and resolve database, server, and infrastructure issues Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks Perform database maintenance, backup, recovery, and patching activities Support production environments as part of an on-call/support rota, including weekends Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and support teams during incidents, releases, and handovers Work closely with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders across the globe Dedicate the majority of time to development related activities such as coding, design, configuration management, releases, and post implementation support Requirements 5-10 years of experience as a Database Administrator Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server 2016+ administration and support Hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation Skills in database backup, recovery, performance tuning, and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to participate in support rotat
