Beschreibung

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with aviation industry experience to join our team and help transform business change impacts into actionable requirements, supporting the successful adoption of a new loyalty platform. Responsibilities Capture and document business change requirements across Loyalty, Airport Check-in and Contact Center domains, in line with the target operating model Analyze current vs future state processes to identify operational gaps resulting from the migration off CRIS to the new third-party platform Support stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure business teams understand system and process changes affecting their roles Capture detailed user journeys to ensure alignment between business operations and the new platform Support UAT and SIT activities by validating that business workflows and operational scenarios are implemented correctly Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are translated effectively into system design and functionality Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather, clarify and refine business requirements Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with background in the aviation industry Experience working on Loyalty, Airport Check-in and Contact Center business domains Skills in process analysis, including current vs future state mapping and operational gap identification Expertise in capturing and documenting business requirements and user jour
