Beschreibung

We're looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to own full-stack development across our product suite and help drive our AI initiatives into production. You'll take features from design to deployment — building both frontend and backend, integrating payment and subscription systems, and shipping LLM-powered features, AI agents, and automation. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll make technical decisions, review others' code, and mentor more junior engineers as the team grows. Responsibilities • Own full-stack features end to end across our web platforms — customer portals, admin tools, and public-facing sites. • Design, build, and maintain REST APIs, and integrate third-party services (payments, email, messaging, SSO). • AI/LLM engineering: integrate large language models, build AI agents and workflow automation, and develop tooling such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers that expose our services to AI clients. • Build and improve payment and billing features: subscriptions, invoicing, and Stripe integrations within our payment platform. • Uphold code quality through reviews, testing, and sensible architecture, and ship reliably through our Docker + CI pipeline. • Contribute to technical direction and help mentor junior team members.
