Work mode: 100% remote B2B contract The role is offered on a fixed-term basis until March 2027, as maternity leave cover, with the potential for an extension Responsibilities Manage and resolve incidents, problems and changes Quickly and accurately determine impact in case of (high level) incidents, estimate resolution times and establish counter measures Initiate improvement plans and prevention of problems Support test and development teams Produce quality improvement plans, business continuity plans, operating instructions Requirements Bachelor or Master degree, preferably Computer Science-related area Minimum 4 years of experience in site reliability engineering or in IT support-related roles Knowledge of Linux (basic – scripting + basic commands), SQL, cloud platforms and networking tools (F5/HaProxy) is appreciated Knowledge of monitoring/observability stacks and logging practices Willingness to work on-call Fluent English Our offer: Competitive remuneration on B2B contract Option to activ
