The ideal candidate is a front-end specialist with deep expertise in modern web technologies, accessibility, and reusable component architecture. This role is responsible for defining front-end engineering standards, governing the Design System, and enabling consistent adoption across multiple applications. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with designers, architects, product owners, and engineering teams while providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence.

YOUR CHALLENGE Core

Own the technical direction and evolution of the enterprise Design System Design, develop, and maintain reusable, accessible UI components and front-end frameworks Define and maintain front-end architecture, component APIs, design tokens, theming, and engineering best practices Govern component lifecycle, versioning, release strategy, and backward compatibility Drive Design System adoption through technical guidance, documentation, code reviews, and developer enablement Champion accessibility by ensuring components comply with WCAG standards and accessibility best p
