Beschreibung

•    Candidate will work with the cleint's internal telecom and infrastructure groups to support PureCloud implementations•    Ensure the client receives necessary technical help and support for Genesys PureCloud implementations•    Candidate is expected to partner with business users and call center groups for PureCloud implementations and support •    Participate in business stake holder meetings, orientation and ongoing training of client's new IT staff  Required Skills:•    12+ years of experience in the contact center technology space•    5+ years experience with Genesys PureCloud, hands on experience in implementing PureCloud solutions •    Strong experience with Genesys solutions and its products and technology•    Strong experience with Cloud enablement of contact center solutions•    Candidate should be able to design and implement Genesys PureCloud environment configuration, implementation and deployment to production•    Strong experience with the implementation and release management process•    Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Skills:•    Customer relationship building experience•    Busienss development and leadership skills  All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
