JOB DESCRIPTION Develop new product ranges for Scholl’s APAC collection in close collaboration with the global and local product and merchandising teams (e.g. shoe type / style / proper pattern / suitable material / color combination / proper technology), aligned with global product and brand strategies. Implement relevant processes that ensure best use of the internal product development team to meet end customer needs and maximize sales. Work closely with global sales and branding as well as local marketing and purchasing teams to ensure that product delivery is aligned and integrated with sales opportunities and supported with effective marketing strategies. Liaise with other departments such as purchasing, planning, finance & supply chain to ensure the smooth running and delivery of all the ranges to maximize sales. Oversee review processes to identify potential for new product developments or adaptation of existing styles as a foundation for continuous improvements. Implement new methods to reduce development lead times, costs of development and stock write-offs, by improving the ability to react and deliver to the market more quickly. Liaise with the global sourcing and local supply chain management team: - Identify adequate suppliers to meet Scholl’s requirements regarding costs, quality, and speed, to deliver the product vision. - Build and maintain collaborative relationships between suppliers and Scholl’s relevant departments including (technical) product and sourci
