Beschreibung

The Position We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support & System Administrator to strengthen our IT infrastructure and provide high-quality technical support to our employees. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring secure and efficient IT systems that enable seamless business operations across the organization. Your Responsibilities Provide first- and second-level IT support to users in different environments, including laboratories and offices, in accordance with our ticketing system and support processes Maintain, manage, monitor, and optimize server, network, and endpoint infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments Provide timely and effective technical support to users across multiple locations Implement and maintain IT security best practices, including patch management, access controls, and backup solutions Administer and maintain virtualization environments (e.g. VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g. Azure/AWS), where applicable Manage identity and access management processes, authentication, group policies, and IT-related onboarding and offboarding activities Troubleshoot complex IT issues and contribute to continuous improvements of systems and processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date system and technical documentation Plan and implement IT projects, system upgrades, and migrations Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience At least 3 years of ha
