Why This Role Matters As a Senior Agent Fleet Back Office, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of Goodyear Fleet Services operations. You will take ownership of fleet contract administration, master data maintenance, billing activities, and operational support for fleet customers and service providers.

Working closely with Front Office Agents, the Truck Team, and other internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality service, coordinate complex activities across your cluster, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and systems. What You'll Do Take ownership of the end-to-end administration of fleet contracts and master data, including customer and vendor setup, contract loading, billing configuration, functional locations, vehicle and fleet updates, and pricing maintenance in SAP and FOS. Ensure timely and accurate billing by performing pre-invoicing checks, resolving incomplete documentation, handling invoice queries and claims, managing mileage billing, and supporting month-end closing activities.
