It requires participation in the gathering and compilation of technical requirements and materials for the following work-related tasks; scope of work definition, project documentation, design specification documents, functional requirements, work effort estimations and other development related deliverables as deemed necessary. Supports the IT team as a technical expert for mobile applications, Information Systems development projects, product integration projects and work requests. Becomes a mentor to junior members of the development and testing team. Supports the development of complex programming or integrations for mobile solutions and leads projects in support of these efforts. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Mobile application software developer focused on the improvement of Mohegan casino property mobile applications with increasing mobile user adoption and retention, through the guest experience in app use Lead technical requirements with cross functional teams and vendors to continuously update the roadmap for mobile application functionality and business need Adheres to
