Responsibilities
Network and Core Infra operations and support Assist with provisioning, configuring and maintaining switches, routers, wireless access points, firewalls, WAN/SD-WAN services, and remote-access and site-to-site VPNs. Provide first- and second-line troubleshooting for wired, wireless, internet, DNS, DHCP, routing switching and connectivity issues, and escalate complex incidents with clear supporting evidence. Support IP address allocation and VLAN administration and keep subnet and IP address management records accurate.
