As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning animations, videos, and motion graphics that will elevate our brand and enhance our marketing efforts. Responsibilities Responsible for the entire video asset production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output Create, resize, and localize advertisements in various dimensions and languages to meet the diverse needs of our target audiences Work alongside internal and external editors, producers, and designers to seamlessly execute and deliver projects on time and within scope Ensure all created assets comply with company guidelines and design standards to maintain a consistent brand identity Integrate AI-generated content into creative workflows, combining AI tools with traditional production techniques to deliver high-quality visual content Explore and implement AI tools, MCP integrations, and automation solutions to optimize workflows, accelerate production, and reduce repetitive tasks Develop custom scripts and automated solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude and Codex to streamline a
